Permanent Touch is your go-to for permanent makeup and tattoo removal in Thetford, Norfolk. Julia and Viktor have been in the permanent makeup and tattoo removal business for many years. Specialising in makeup artistry, Julia was the winner of the Worldwide PMU Championships in the UK and ‘Best Eyeliner’ winner in 2016.
Viktor specialises in the tattoo removal side of the business. He uses non-laser permanent makeup removal techniques, which enable him to remove unwanted pigment from eyebrows, lips and even remove migrated pigment from the eyelids.
Together, Julia and Viktor have performed over 3,500 treatments, resulting in many happy customers who continue to return over and over again. If you are interested in learning these techniques for yourself, Permanent Touch also offer courses so you can increase your knowledge and perfect your skills.
